“Leben” is a poetic documentary photography series by Sardar Farrokhi exploring themes of displacement, memory, loneliness, and emotional geography. Through black and white landscapes, architecture, and minimal visual compositions, the project reflects on the quiet tension between absence and belonging.

  • Black and white architectural corridor with repeating arches and strong light shadows
  • Black and white photograph of an abandoned courtyard beside a textured wall and overgrown bushes
